Youtube is a treasure trove of videos.  Some outstanding and some utterly pointless.  I have selected the following for different reasons but I hope you enjoy them.

This is a short interview conducted with Paul 'Semtex' Daley just before he taught a seminar for me under the Takedown MMA Banner.  Really enjoyed meeting Paul and training with him.  Very down to earth and knowledgeable guy.  Was bowled over by how big he walked around when compared to the weight he fights at.  Exceptionally talented striker

My most ambitious event to date.  The national Takedown MMA 4 cage Grand Prix was held at the Manchester Velodrome.  Amazing experience and as a format worked brilliantly.  Lots of work but the standard of the fights and competitors made it worthwhile.

Up and coming Manchester band A Poetic Yesterday kindly wrote me a song for Takedown MMA.  It was so great, we decided to record their music video for it during the interval for Takedown MMA 3 Live Tournament.  Having just had one of their music video's debuted on Kerrang, these guys are going to be massive one day, I guarantee it.  Love their album 

During the interval for Takedown MMA Live 2 Tournament, I decided to showcase the talents of two young martial arts students.  One of whom is a personal student of mine.  I wanted to highlight how MMA can be great for juniors if it is done in the right way.  Could not be prouder of the way that these two handled the event.  They were on a high for the rest of the week and I am sure that they would do it again and again at each one if I let them

The world renowned Por Pramuk Muay Thai Gym opens its doors to some of its teaching methods and drills in this excellent series of DVD's.  Starring Buakaw Por Pramuk, these video's are nothing short of amazing.  Buakaw is an unbelievably gifted Nak Muay and his coaches at Por Pramuk are some of the leading experts in Muay Thai.  This is the first in a long series of video's, most of which are now available to view for free on Youtube.  Take advantage and watch them all...

BJJ Maestros Andre Galvao and Leo Viera demonstrate a couple of nice stability ball drills for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu prior to showing off some tricks I am sure you will try when you are next at the gym in the presence of one of these innocuous pieces of equipment.  I would exercise caution though as you are just as likely to end up in A & E as you are to pulling these off first time...

In December 2011, I had the pleasure of being asked to host an exclusive event with none of then UFC legend Randy 'The Natural' Couture.  As you would expect, I was very excited at the prospect of both meeting and working alongside such a great person.
